01 · Capture

Select a chapter to move through it yourself.

The demonstration shows one legal document moving through four chapters: capture, understand, verify, and act. Three fields cleared the confidence gate. The filing rule needs an anchor date before a deadline can exist. The flagged field is confirmed by a person before any action is taken, and the result becomes available on web and mobile.

The Cresta document system

Four chapters, whatever the document is.

Amicus and glidED are two instances of the same system. So is a custom build around your documents. This is what happens between a page arriving and the work moving.

  1. 01Capture

Work enters in the formats people already use.

Nobody re-scans a filing because a system prefers clean input. Work arrives as a photograph taken in a corridor, a scan forwarded twice, a folder of answer sheets, an attachment from a phone. Capture accepts all of it and records where each file came from.

  2. 02Understand

AI turns pages into structured information.

Every page is read as an image rather than assumed to hold selectable text, because scanned filings and photographed paper do not. The document type is identified before extraction, and each value keeps the page it came from.

  3. 03Verify

Confidence is visible. Judgment stays human.

Confident values move on. Uncertain ones stop, in a queue built for clearing them quickly: the value, the page behind it, and the correction in one place. Nothing low-confidence is committed quietly.

Built in real workflows

Two products. One document system underneath.

Amicus and glidED are the proof that CrestaTech builds document-heavy AI workflows for environments where a wrong value is a missed filing or an incorrect record—not just a worse summary.

Amicus · Legal document and case workflows

A court document enters. The case organizes itself.

Amicus is built for Philippine legal practice. It reads scanned court documents, identifies cases, parties, dates, document types, and deadline rules, and organizes the extracted information into working legal workflows that the firm can verify.

Document-grounded AI chat

Ask the document. See where the answer came from.

Chat is an interface over the operational system, not a separate assistant. It is grounded in the documents a user is allowed to see, important answers carry their sources, and any change it proposes waits for a person to approve it.

Human verification

Confidence is visible. Judgment stays human.

AI can prepare the work. The accountable person stays in control. Confidence, exceptions, approvals, and source references are part of the workflow—not a disclaimer added afterward.

One field, moving through the model

  1. Extracted
  2. Needs review
  3. Corrected
  4. Verified

A value only becomes verified after a person accepts it. Nothing below the confidence threshold is committed silently.

  • Show uncertainty

Low-confidence values are visible where the work happens and routed for review, not averaged into a summary that looks finished.

  • Require approval

Important writes and official outputs wait for an accountable person. The system prepares the change and names who has to accept it.

  • Keep traceability

Source pages, actors, and workflow events stay attached to the record, so a decision can be reconstructed months later.

Designed around role-based access, tenant boundaries, PII-aware AI calls, explicit approvals, and auditable workflow events.

Web and mobile continuity

The document may start on a desk. The work does not stay there.

Mobile is for photos, quick review, field context, and approvals. Web is for queues, documents, analysis, administration, and deeper work. Cresta designs both as one operating system, not separate products.

Custom systems

Have a workflow buried in PDFs, spreadsheets, email, and chat?

Cresta designs focused web and mobile systems around the way your organization already works—from document intake and AI extraction to approvals, reporting, dashboards, and operational automation.

  1. 01

    Existing process

PDFs, spreadsheets, email, and chat — with someone retyping between them.

  2. 02

    Workflow discovery

We trace where the document comes from, who reads it, and what it obliges someone to do.

  3. 03

    Focused proof of concept

Extraction run on your own documents, including the ones that fail, with the review path visible.

  4. 04

    Document-processing system

Intake, classification, structured fields, confidence, and an exception queue that belongs to a person.

  5. 05

    Web and mobile applications

The queue, the record, and the approval on whichever surface the work happens.

  6. 06

    Measured operational rollout

A limited group first, then expansion once the review path is trusted.

Engineering principles

Built for work that must remain reviewable.

In a law firm or a school, the question asked six months later is not whether the system was fast. It is who approved this, what was it based on, and can we see it. These are the properties we design for first.

  • Source-aware outputs

Extracted facts and generated answers carry the document, page, and span behind them.

  • Human approval gates

Mutating actions and official outputs wait for the accountable person, by design rather than by policy note.

  • Structured audit history

Workflow events are recorded as data — who acted, on what, and against which version.

  • Role-based access

Role hierarchies decide what a person can see and change, enforced in the data layer.

  • Tenant isolation

Every record is scoped to the organisation or school that owns it.

  • Confidence-aware review

A value below the threshold is routed, not rounded up into something that looks finished.

  • Traceable operational actions

A deadline, a grade, or a report can be traced back to the document and the approval that produced it.

  • Secure document handling

Regulated identifiers are redacted before any model call, and documents stay inside the tenant boundary.

  • Web and mobile architecture

One record set behind a server-rendered web application and a native mobile client.

  • Purpose-built product workflows

The interface is shaped around the queue the user actually works from, not a generic dashboard.

We do not hold or claim SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications, and we will not describe uptime or accuracy we have not measured with you. What is above is how the systems are built.

Built in the Philippines

Software for the work institutions actually do.

Cresta Tech Solutions Inc. builds practical AI products around real Philippine workflows — court records, school documents, operational reports, mobile capture, and human approval. Product design, full-stack engineering, document intelligence, and mobile development sit in one focused team.

Discuss a workflow

Show us the documents. We’ll help map the workflow.

Tell us where information enters, where manual work accumulates, and where decisions slow down. We can explore whether a focused AI document system or one of our existing products fits the problem.

  • One reply, from a person.
  • Questions about the document, not your budget.
  • If it is not a fit, we will say so.
